It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

Brass Birthday Concert

Tickets for our 11th Birthday concert are now on sale. The concert will be held on Saturday 29th September at 7pm. Why not come along and join us in our celebrations. Contact [email protected] for more information.

Quiz Night

Our Quiz night will be held at Cedarwood Primary School, Grange Farm, Kesgrave at 7pm on Saturday 13th October. This ever popular event sells out quickly so please email [email protected] if you would like to reserve your tickets. Ticket price of £5 per head includes a fish and chip supper, with the choice of fish, sausage or spring roll. Please bring your own drinks (alcohol is allowed) with a maximum 6 people per team. Food orders must be received before Friday 28th September.

Percussionists needed

Following the more studious members of the band leaving to attend university we have some vacancies within two of our bands for percussion players, in particular kit players. If you are a kit player, or know of a player that fancies a new challenge please contact [email protected] for more information.

Future events

Make sure to make a note of both our Tea & Tunes and Coffee & Carols events. These annual events feature out younger players turning out especially to entertain you, so come and offer your support. Tea & Tunes will be held on Saturday 17th November from 10am - 12pm at St Michael's church in Martlesham. Coffee & Carols is also at St Michael's church on 1st December from 10am - 12pm.
