Making music fun in east anglia

It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

Martlesham Brass
'Making Music Fun in East Anglia'

We are looking forward to raising lots of money for three local charities this year by playing carols and Christmas music at local supermarkets and other local venues. Please give generously if you see us â" St Elizabeth Hospice, Suffolk School for Parents and The Restricted Growth Association will all benefit from your support. Donât forget to join us for Coffee and Carols on Saturday 5th December at 10am at St Michaelâs Church Centre, Martlesham Heath and also our ever popular Christmas concert on Saturday 12th December, 7pm at Kesgrave Community Centre. Tickets are £2.50 (primary school children free). You can get your tickets by phoning 07802 868924 or by going online at http://www.wegottickets.com/event/63962 .
Our second CD âSomewhere Out Thereâ is now available, price £5 each. It features a wide range of music from traditional marches and anthems to film music and popular songs, and would make a great Christmas present! Copies are available at our band practice on Friday evenings from 7pm at St Michaelâs Church, or at any of our concerts, or by phoning 01473 623276.
Our band welcomes new players young and old, with or without experience. Our aim is to encourage anyone who feels they would like to play in a brass band to come and have a go! If you would like to join us, or if you already play or have previously played a brass instrument and feel that you would like to come along and meet us, please contact us via the website or use the contact details below.
