Making music fun in east anglia

It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

MARTLESHAM BRASS CHRISTMAS CAROLLING CHARITY COLLECTIONS 2008

Tesco Copdock on 10th December - £118.60

Martlesham Brass Band would like to thank all those people who gave so generously to our Christmas collections. The money raised at Christmas ensures that Martlesham Brass can continue in its aim to fund instruments, music and musical activities such as workshops for all players who join the band and to carry on âMaking music fun in East Angliaâ. Half of all funds raised over the Christmas period are being donated to three other local charities, including the proceeds from Christmas concerts. As a result of the bandâs hard work, and the generosity of the public, the following charities: East Anglian Childrenâs Hospice, Kidney Research, Ipswich and Families in Need (FIND), Ipswich, will each receive a cheque for £569.74.
