Making music fun in east anglia

It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

Don't forget that on Saturday 24th April 2010 we are organising a walking treasure hunt around Martlesham Heath. Teams will be "released" at staggered times from 1.30pm at St Michaels Church. Hopefully the weather will be good and we all have a bit of fun (and get some exercise after all that chocolate!!). Teams of no more than 6 people please. If you would like any further info please email [email protected]. If for any reason the weather is not looking too good please email Jayne for the latest information.

The band's Spring Concert is only a few weeks away, and takes place on the 1st of May. Please can you do all that you can to buy tickets and get people along.

Money for Music

The band have recently been awarded £469 from Councillor Steven Hudson's locality budget. This will be used to purchase some new Christmas and marching music for the band. We are very grateful to Steven for his continued support towards the band.
