Hamper Raffle

New for this year…..
Each band will be asked to bring in items which will form food hampers, these will be raffled during the afternoon of the fayre. Please look out for the hamper lists at band practice. To get an idea of items we will be asking for please see the reverse of this newsletter.

Fancy running your own stall?

This year we are asking if families would like to run their own fundraising stall, the wackier the better! The band will provide prizes where required. Please book your stall by emailing [email protected]

We will need your help!!

During the course of the afternoon we would really appreciate some of your time to help us supervise the stalls. Additional assistance is crucial as many of the fundraising committee will be performing at some point during the afternoon! If you can help please email [email protected] or look out for the sheet to complete at band practice over the next few weeks.

And last but not least ... The chance to chill out in the sun (fingers crossed!) and listen to all of the bands that make Martlesham Brass.
